This Rosé is a made with 100% Mataro (aka Mourvèdre) grown by the legends Troy and Fleur at Chalmers Vineyard in Colbinabbin, Heathcote. Direct press to old barrels for fermentation. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with no additional sulphur.
